LAMIRSA is a leading manufacturer of the fungicide molecule Thiocyanomethylthio benzothiazole (TCMTB), an active ingredient effective in the tanning industry.

BIOCIDES – MIRECIDE®
These products, with fungicidal and bactericidal action, extend the life of tanned leathers and protect them from deterioration due to humidity and contamination.
MIRECIDE® biocides are suitable for processes such as soaking, pickling and tanning of leather.
The range includes TCMTB in different media (aqueous, organic, aromatic solvent), as well as combinations with OIT.
DEFOAMERS – CONTRAPEN®
The CONTRAPEN® line includes defoamers based on siliceous organo compounds in aqueous emulsion.
These products are designed for leather dyeing, tanning and retanning processes.
POLYMERS – FLOCUSOL®
LAMIRSA designs flocculants, which are used for water clarification treatment and sludge dewatering.
FLOCUSOL® flocculants are based on high molecular weight anionic/cationic polyacrylamide in emulsion and are used to thicken primary, digested or biological sludge by flotation or decantation.
